A forum is a really neat place to discuss topics in an organized manor. They are a community that you become a part of and one of the genuine things on the internet.

A great forum can be a lot of fun and quite addictive. They are grown by the people who register and contribute on a regular basis. Others may find a topic by doing a simple search and feel compelled to read and comment. The discussions are often, but not always, in real-time. It is typical to post and come back for the answer by subscribing to the thread. In the mean time, others post, adding to the topic while you are away. People can learn a lot from the members of a forum. Most of all, have fun too.

The Reel Good Fishing forum is in its infancy. A forum reaches a point where it goes from trying to accumulate a member base to trying to manage the traffic. I do not know where that point is for Reel Good Fishing yet, but look forward to the day when it is growing itself. The design of the site is very scalable and designed to grow very large.
